These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the lifedockshop website and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. lifedockshop is owned and operated by TERRA-STITCH INTERNATIONAL S.L., a company registered in BARCELONA.

2. Products and Pricing

We offer various consumer products across multiple categories. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. In some countries, we may display prices and accept payment in local currencies where available. We reserve the right to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

3.1 How to Order

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once an order is placed, we will confirm it with you.

3.2 Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across all European Union countries. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact info@lifedockshop.com with your order number. If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, in line with our Refund Policy. You may examine the product as you would in a shop; you do not need to keep it unused or sealed. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

6. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or, for cash-on-delivery orders, by bank transfer, within the timeframe set by law. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Warranties and Liability

Products sold on lifedockshop are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for two years as per Directive (EU) 2019/771. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages caused by product misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that allow you to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
