Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. To do so, notify us at info@lifedockshop.com before the 14-day period expires. If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Within these 60 days you may return the product for a full refund of the price, on the same terms set out below. This voluntary guarantee is offered on top of — and does not limit — your statutory rights.

Condition of the Goods

You may examine and try the product as you would in a shop. You do not need to keep it unused or sealed to obtain a refund. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Where possible, return the product with its original packaging and include your order number or proof of purchase.

Sale and Discounted Items

Sale and discounted items are eligible for withdrawal, return and refund on exactly the same terms as regular-priced items.

Non-Returnable Items

By law, certain products cannot be returned once unsealed, including perishable goods; sealed intimate or sanitary items unsealed after delivery; hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases; and made-to-order goods. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty or not as described.

Returning the Product

Before returning anything, contact us at info@lifedockshop.com with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Unless the item is faulty, not as described, or was sent in error, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping; we recommend a trackable service. If the product is defective or not as described, we cover the return cost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or, for cash-on-delivery orders, by bank transfer, within the timeframe set by law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer and your bank (there is often a processing delay). If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@lifedockshop.com.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@lifedockshop.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
