This Privacy Policy explains how TERRA-STITCH INTERNATIONAL S.L. (“we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you visit https://lifedockshop.com/ or place an order, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you place a Cash on Delivery order through a form on our site, we collect the details you enter: your name, telephone number and delivery address, and, if you provide it, your email address. We use these only to process, confirm and deliver your order and to contact you about it. When you browse the site, our servers and security providers automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, to keep the site secure and working. If you write to us through the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you enter there, and use them only to answer you. 2. Why We Process Your Data and Our Legal Basis

We process order data to perform the sales contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages sent through the contact form are stored in the website database, emailed to our support mailbox and passed to our workflow-automation provider (Make.com), which routes them to us. We use hosting and security providers to run the website. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for unrelated third-party marketing.

Some of our providers (for example Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
